Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Weave Magic (www.weavemagic.in), we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free ticket booking experience. Because our offerings consist strictly of non-tangible digital event tickets, the following policy applies to all ticket purchases:
 

1. Ticket Cancellations by Customer

  • All Sales Are Final: Tickets purchased on www.weavemagic.in are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the transaction is completed.

  • Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be transferred to another event or exchanged for cash unless explicitly permitted in writing by the event organizer.
     

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled entirely by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket face value.

  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date/venue, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the postponement announcement by emailing weavemagicllp@gmail.com
     

3. Refund Processing and Timelines

  • Method of Refund: All eligible refunds will be issued automatically back to the original payment method used during the transaction via our payment gateway, Razorpay.

  • Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your statement.

  • Convenience & Gateway Fees: Processing or convenience fees charged at the time of booking may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances of the event cancellation.
     

4. No Physical Returns or Shipping

  • As Weave Magic sells only digital event tickets, there are no physical goods to ship, return, or exchange. No shipping fees are charged.
