Welcome to Weave Magic. By purchasing event tickets or booking passes on www.weavemagic.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.
 

1. General Provisions & Ticketing

  • www.weavemagic.in serves as an online platform for booking and purchasing tickets for events, workshops, and gatherings hosted or organized by us.

  • Tickets issued are digital (E-tickets/QR codes) and will be delivered via email upon successful payment.

  • You must present a valid E-ticket along with a government-issued photo ID at the event venue for admission.
     

2. Admission & Venue Rules

  • Right of Admission: The event organizers reserve the right of admission. Any individual displaying disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may be refused entry or asked to leave the venue without a refund.

  • Age Restrictions: Certain events may have age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+). It is your responsibility to verify age requirements prior to purchasing tickets. Valid age proof must be presented at the venue.

  • Resale Prohibition: Tickets purchased on this Website are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred for commercial gain, or duplicated. Duplicated or tampered tickets will be deemed invalid.
     

3. Payments

  • All transactions on www.weavemagic.in are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

  • We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other payment options supported by Razorpay.

  • Ticket prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and convenience fees where stated.
     

4. Event Alterations & Force Majeure

  • Event timings, artist lineups, schedule, or venue seating layouts are subject to change.

  • We are not liable for any delay, postponement, or cancellation of events caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, act of God, or civil unrest.
     

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, event branding, logos, graphics, and promotional materials displayed on www.weavemagic.in belong to Weave Magic Hospitality Services LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
 

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
